?  Assistant Manager

 

The Assistant Manager leads the sales floor by exhibiting consistency in sales knowledge and training to achieve store sales goals.  The incumbent is also responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the store and progressing through the company training program in preparation for a Store Manager position.

 

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or retail management and one to three years of retail experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Prefer experience in the jewelry industry and supervisory experience. Strong selling skills and superior communication skills are required.

 

?  Manager Trainee

 

The Manager Trainee will work to gain proficiency with sales techniques through training to achieve store sales goals.  The incumbent will also learn store procedures while developing leadership potential in preparation for an Assistant Manager position.

 

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or retail management and one to three years of retail experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Prefer experience in the jewelry industry. Strong selling skills and superior communication skills are required.

 

?  Sales Professionals

 

The Sales Associate is responsible for consistently achieving individual sales goals to support the store's sales and profit objectives, while providing superior customer service to clients.

 

High school diploma and one to three years of sales or retail experience required.  Prefer experience in the jewelry industry. Strong selling skills and superior communication skills are required.  Incumbent must be highly motivated and a self-starter, have the ability to produce results, and work in a team environment.  We are looking for top-notch producers with a desire to reach potential earnings in a base plus commission environment.
