Assistant Area Manager

We are currently looking for assistant entry level managers who possess excellent management, leadership and training skills, with potential for rapid advancement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s Degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered
A minimum of three years experience in a retail or service industry
Management, sales and business development experience
Able to identify and develop employees to higher levels of responsibility
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and expedite job responsibilities and initiatives
Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate employees and obtain positive results
Excellent organizational skills and proven problem solving and decision making skills
Must be willing to consider relocation within division geographic
Responsibilities:
Participate and contribute in inventory and business service development
Responsible for assisting in the professional and efficient management of a District office
Implement and ensure compliance of all Company policies and procedures
Responsible for the recruitment, hiring and education of future district employees
Supervise all facets of the district?s inventory and business services to obtain Company standards and expectations
Generate new sales and business opportunities while developing partnerships with local organizations and companies
Provide high level customer service and account management
