Assistant Manager Opportunity ? Jersey Gardens

 

? Assistant Manager ? As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible to understand all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, asset protection, and expense control, as well as ensuring everything is done with client top of mind.  This position is assigned one of four Divisions of Responsibility, which rotate on a regular basis (Human Resources, Merchandise, Operations and Business).

Minimum requirement:  Associate or Bachelors degree preferred.  Minimum one-to-two years of retail or comparable experience, or previous Ann Taylor experience as a Manager in Training
