MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
* PREVIOUS ?KEYHOLDING? RETAIL MANAGEMENT EXP. REQUIRED.
*Excellent guest service & merchandising skills.
*Proven success and track record in increasing sales, driving profits and meeting company goals.
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Energetic, competitive and results oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
*Candidates must have the ability to work throughout multiple locations in the district

Candidate MUST have a proven track record in:
*Maximizing sales and profitability through expense control, human resources management, markdowns, operational costs and shrinkage.
*Successfully communicating with all levels of management.
*Utilizing merchandising, operational and guest service skills to effectively improve bottom line.
