Job Responsibilities:



 

I. CUSTOMER SERVICEPromote Customer Service Drive Sales Resolve Customer Issues

 

II. RECEIVINGOversee Receiving Function

 

III. SUPERVISORY FUNCTIONSSupervise sales associates Develop Daily Task Priorities Oversee Store Operations Store Opening and Closing Responsibilities Supervise Cash Management and Loss Prevention Policies Manage Associate Issues

 

IV. MERCHANDISINGOversee Merchandising in Store Manage the Seasonal Area Keep General Manager Informed of what is Selling Well Maintain Adherence to Planners and Plan-O-Grams Manage Inventory Levels and In-Stock Condition

 

V. ORDERING/ASSIGNED SECTIONResponsible for Ordering Products and Categories as Determined by General Manager
