Assistant Manager:
Job Code: AM
The Assistant Manager?s main responsibility will be to provide support to the store manager by achieving all established goals and objectives. Major responsibilities will include: driving superior customer service, maintaining store inventory accuracy, visual merchandising, daily store operations.

Requirements:
? 1 year prior Retail Management experience
? Excellent customer service skills
? Sound decision making skills
? Good communication skills
? 2 or 4 year degree a plus

Keyholders ? Supervisor position

The keyholders principal accountabilities, include, but not limited to:
? Following the established procedures, manage the store in an efficient and productive manner in the absence of the assistant manager/store manager.
? Operate the POS terminal to insure that all transactions are recorded accurately.
? Insure that the store meets all operational standards of organization, visual standards and housekeeping to attract customers.
? Ensure that merchandise received is priced, on the sales floor and displayed properly to maximize sales.
? Complete daily/monthly paperwork to keep staff informed of transactions, personnel and sales; assist the Manager with inventory control and control inventory shrinkage.

Requirements:
