The following position is located at our store in South Plains Mall in Lubbock, TX.

Assistant Manager/Manager Trainee

 

Assistant Managers in our fine jewelry stores take part in directing the daily operations of the store, while progressing through company training programs in preparation for a Store Manager position. These individuals are expected to lead the sales staff by exhibiting consistency in sales knowledge and training in order to achieve store sales goals, and are responsible for handling daily associate and customer interactions in the Store Manager's absence. Incumbents must use highly developed communication skills to provide outstanding customer service to each and every customer. The successful Assistant Manager will demonstrate an ability to balance the responsibilities of sales, leadership and store operations.

The ideal candidate will possess one to three years of retail experience, and a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or retail management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefer experience in the jewelry industry and supervisory experience, as well as the ability to relocate. Superior communication skills are required.
