ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:Assistant Store Managers are responsible for creating a positive, enthusiastic environment for our customers and associates. Responsibilities include meeting personal sales goals and ensuring client satisfaction. Assistant Managers are responsible for the overall management of our menswear specialty stores in the absence of the designated Store Manager. Operations, Loss Prevention and Visual Presentation. Involved with Staffing, Training and Development of other store associates.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:Excellent Customer Service skills with ability to drive sales and profits. Enthusiasm, high energy level and commitment to succeed is a required talent set for a career with S&K. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to build positive relationships and lead by example. Ability to work variable shifts including evenings and weekends is required.
