Our Assistant Managers will be the future leaders of our stores. We are looking for someone with retail experience, a proven ability to lead successful selling environments who has merchandising creativity and wants to grow their career.

 

We need lots of energy, positive attitude, the ability to conversationally sell and the dedication of starting something new. This person will also be able to lead others, inspire results, meet operational guidelines and be involved with the community.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Lead team with integrity and motivation to achieve assigned sales volume goals. Assist in developing sales plans and incorporate motivational methods of attainment

? Train and provide ongoing coaching to a staff of 8-10 in all areas of our business including selling techniques, operations, merchandise standards, product information and customer scenarios.

? Assist Store Manger in company implementations

? Obtain and communicate customer needs and feedback to Store Manager and company members.

? Assist in hiring, scheduling, personnel performance writing and identifying future talent.
