The qualified candidate should be outgoing, enthusiastic, and detail oriented, with some prior management experience, exceptional customer service abilities, and a passion for our business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

? Drive sales and achieve personal and store goals.

? Role model and reinforce with all Flower Station associates the Flower Station Experience .

? Assist in the recruitment of new associates to ensure bench strength and superior customer service.

? Serve as an expert on Product Knowledge; educate store associates.

? Assist in the training of associates, ongoing coaching and development and evaluations.

? Assist in setting and monitoring store goals: individual, daily and weekly.

? Work with the store associates to ensure the neatness, maintenance and cleanliness of the store.

 

Qualifications:

? 2 ? 3 years prior retail experience; 1 year prior store management experience preferred

? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

? Strong interpersonal skills

? High level of initiative and accountability

? High energy level

? Proven ability to prioritize multiple initiatives

? Detail oriented; consistently meets deadlines

? Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent

? Must be able to work nights and weekends
