You already have 2-3 years' retail sales/customer service experience. Now put them to work in the fast-paced environment of wireless communications. You'll be responsible for helping develop an enthusiastic and professional sales team in your particular store and assisting the Manager with performance evaluations and employee motivation. Other tasks include promoting superior customer service; maintaining merchandising and operations standards; meeting and exceeding service activation, accessory sales and enhanced services goals.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are necessary (some supervisory responsibilities a definite plus). An associate's or bachelor's degree and computer proficiency is preferred. Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are highly desirable.
