PetSmart PetsHotel is currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager for our new premier boarding facility coming soon to our PetSmart store in Whittier, CA. If you have excellent customer service skills, are used to working in a fast paced environment such as in the restaurant or hotel industry, and most of all have a love of animals, please read on?


This position supports the PetsHotel Manager in all daily operations, such as the supervision of associates; planning, assigning and directing of work; addressing customer complaints and resolving problems. This is a non-exempt (hourly), hands-on management position. You will also be expected to perform the duties of Guest Services Associates and Pet Care Specialists on a daily basis. This includes (but is not limited to) checking pets in/out, selling add-on services and cleaning up after our four-legged guests. Prior management experience is helpful, but is not required.
