Assistant Replenishment Buyer

As the Assistant Replenishment Buyer, this person is responsible for assisting in all processes involved in replenishment ordering, including performance analysis, projections, system maintenance, and order processing.  Analysis and communication of the information to the Replenishment Buyers and Replenishment Managers is a key requirement of this position.


Job Responsibilities:


Communicating with regional buyers on business need and item performance.

Assists in providing replenishment projections.

Maintains regular communication with stores, i.e., replenishment needs and stock on hand integrity.

Monitors replenishment supplier performance by location and suggestions as needed.

Monitors supplier compliance and communicates to Replenishment Buyer.

Create and review reporting information for Replenishment team. 

Assist in Replenishment item set up and management.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


Intermediate or above Excel knowledge.

Familiarity with Nordstrom RMS preferred.

Ability to learn and adapt to new systems.

Ability to multi task.

Ability to work in a team environment. 

Excellent communication skills are a must.
