GOLF GALAXY IS CURRENTLY HIRING ASSISTANT SALES MANAGERS IN BOTH HARDLINES AND SOFTLINES FOR OUR NEW STORE IN WINSTON SALEM.

Assistant Sales Manager - Hardlines (Golf Equipment):

Responsible for managing sales and merchandising of Hardlines department within a 16,000+ square foot store, as well as managing a staff of 10+ employees. Establishes and maintains customer service standards, maximizes sales and profitability, develops staff, controls expenses and shortages, and oversees all aspects of merchandising and inventory control for area.

 

Qualifications: 2+ years experience in a service-oriented leadership role with customer service focus, sales orientation, and high motivation; excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication abilities necessary.

 

Assistant Sales Manager - Softlines (Apparel and Shoes):

Responsible for managing sales and merchandising of Softlines department within a 16,000+ square foot store, as well as managing a staff of 10+ employees. Establishes and maintains customer service standards, maximizes sales and profitability, develops staff, controls expenses and shortages, and oversees all aspects of merchandising and inventory control for area.

 

Qualifications: 2+ years experience in a service-oriented leadership role with customer service focus, sales orientation, and high motivation; excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication abilities necessary. Apparel merchandising a plus.
