Our client, a growing national off-price retail chain, is currently in need of an experienced big box Assistant Store Manager for one of their store locations in Vineland, NJ.. Candidates must have a strong branded softlines apparel retail background with at least three years of experience as an Assistant Manager (preferably in a Department Store environment).

The Assistant Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer servicea long with visual merchandising, managing inventory, and the training and motivating of team members. High volume specialty store and big box discount store experience will be considered with an apparel background.
