What does this expansion mean for you? As an Assistant Store Manager with KOHL'S you will manage significant retail sales volume while leading, directing, and motivating a large team of store associates.  The HR/Ops manager is specifically responsible for all aspects of operations and Human Resources in the store. 

 

Your responsibilities include:




Implementing and maintaining merchandise presentation standards




Monitoring and maintaining customer service standards




Managing sales and operating profit




Managing payroll and controllable expenses




Monitoring and controlling inventory levels




Retaining and supervising all associates




Developing talented leaders with upward mobility




Establishing and maintaining partnerships and relationships with vendors and buyers

 





Preferred experience and skills


3-5 years managing significant retail volume in a high growth national retailing environment




Ability to lead and motivate a large team of associates




Ability to communicate effectively using written and oral communication channels




Ability to make informed business decisions based on variable factors
