We are seeking a Assisstant Retail Store Manager who is passionate, energetic, and enthusiastic with outstanding sales, customer service and management skills to run our distinctive children?s activity and educational product store in Scarsdale NY.

Store Manager Responsibilities:

Provides an engaging, fun, and professional store experience for customers and associates while achieving sales goals
Ensures high level of customer service and satisfaction through the delivery of quality books and products, special events and activities
Operates an efficient, productive store environment, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures
Recruits, hires, and trains store staff to provide superior store and sales experience
Maintains attractive store environment with lively merchandise displays while achieving overall merchandising goals for the brand

Qualifications:

At least 1-2 years experience working with children
Some Retail management experience
Ability to multi-task, shift priorities quickly and demonstrate composure under pressure
Ability to operate and drive business through upholding strict brand standards
Aggressive, as well as high energy
Excellent verbal skills and strong organization skills
