Assistant Store Manager-Northpark Center

We are in the process of launching retail specialty stores nationwide and we are currently looking for store managers who share our passion for life and sport. The store manager will be responsible for all aspects of the management of our newest Fila retail store at Northpark, consistent with the short and long term goals of the company and its associates.



The responsibilities will also include creating an environment that will foster an extraordinary customer and associate experience. The store manager will have leadership accountability for the store?s performance through management, sales and service, merchandising, operational and human resource functions. The store manager will lead company programs and processes to ensure maximum productivity, profitability and compliance with company policies and procedures. The store manager will recruit, hire, develop, train, motivate, evaluate, coach, counsel, and retain quality employees in order to achieve store sales and performance objectives. The store manager will ensure the store complies with Fila?s visual standards in order to maintain the integrity of the brand.



Qualified candidates will have at least 1-2 years of management experience in a customer service oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear). They will have a Bachelor?s degree or 2 years? additional experience in lieu of a degree. Enthusiasm for sports is a plus. Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends and they must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, organization, training, decision-making and analytical skills. Candidates must be able to safely lift boxes up to 30 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods of time.
