Assistant Store Manager - Orange County

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for all store-operating functions. He/she manages the store through positively influencing sales and controlling expenses. In conjunction with the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager defines the standard of performance for his/her store, clearly communicates that expectation to all associates, evaluates the execution of that performance and oversees all Human Resource activities.

Qualifications
Candidate will have an AA degree or equivalent experience, 2 - 3 years management experience in a multi-outlet retail hardware chain, computer skills, point of sales analysis, inventory spreadsheets, ability to communicate effectively and able to handle multiple tasks. Must be a team player with a strong sense of urgency.
