We are currently searching for an Assistant Store Manager for our 

NEW SHOE STORE IN SHORT HILLS, NJ

Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the store.
Implement strategies to drive store sales,increase profitability, and improve customer service.
Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient.
Maintain store appearance and product presentation to company standards.
provide support to sales associates during peak periods or when scheduling conflicts arise.

To succeed in any area of our company, you must possess strong customer service skills, appreciate the retail industry, have a retail management background in RTW with at least 1 - 2 years experience.
