We are currently interviewing for ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER positions for our existing location at ALGONQUIN COMMONS  in ALGONQUIN, ILLINOIS.

We are looking for  individuals who want to lead an exciting, fast paced, winning team. In September 2003, we became a fully owned subsidiary of Chico's FAS and will remain an independent division. Primary Responsibilities Recruiting, interviewing and hiring sales-driven, service oriented associates Establish "One Store Experience" with entire staff Outreach into community to increase customer base Create a fun, service friendly, engaging atmosphere Creating sales through a well-trained enthusiastic team



Job Qualifications Understand profitability and store contribution Ability to control payroll and shrink Ability to train/develop/motivate staff individually and collectively A leader in customer service with an entrepreneurial spirit
