Job Description
As a member of our Management Team you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, achieving sales volume, adhering to Talbots visual presentation standards and maximizing profits by controlling expenses and protecting company assets. Additionally you will maximize associate growth potential through training and motivation.

Requirements:

Candidates for this position must have a minimum of 1-3 years of retail management experience, preferably in specialty retailing. Qualifications include excellent communication skills and strong leadership abilities, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills. Additional candidate qualifications include an outgoing, motivated approach with assertive, independent decision-making skills. Ability to travel may be required and ability to relocate is desirable.

The Talbots Sales Associate is responsible for providing outstanding service to all customers while meeting all customer service standards of selling. The Talbots Sales Associate is expected to achieve individual goals and is responsible for the maintenance of merchandise on the selling floor, as well as housekeeping duties. Candidates for this position must have six months of sales experience and demonstrate high levels of customer service and selling skills. This position is part-time and requires flexible availability for scheduling.
