Assistant Manager

 

Responsibilities:Plans and directs day-to-day operations of store. Helps develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales and increase profitability. Ensure every customers needs are met, complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient. Ensure every garment has a professionally finished appearance to encourage repeat customers. Complete performance reports as required. Reports to store manager.

 

Requirements:Minimum of 6 months managerial experience. Familiar with a varity of field concepts, practices and procedures.

 

 

 

Shift Leader

 

Responsibilities:Manages and trains a team of counter associates. Support the activities of the operations department with regard to counter associates and taggers. Oversees the daily counter associates production activity and facilitates departmental workflow. Performs a variety of tasks. Reports to store manager.

 

Requirements:Minimum 6 months managerial experience in field or related area.

 

 

Counter/Tagger

 

Responsibilities:Wait on or assists customers dropping off or picking up their garments. Receives orders to be processed for dry cleaning and laundry, and retrives processed orders for customers. Computes cost and collects payment for orders. Tags dry cleaning garments manually using safty pins, garments tags and eye opener tags. Tag laundry garments manually using staple guns, garment tag and eye opener tags. Performs basic quality control checks including inspecting garments for spots, ornamentations, tears or other damages, packages counts, etc. Exhibits a welcoming attitude. Climbs a stepstool to retrieve garments Reports to store manager.

 

Requirements:Experience in field or related area is helpful Can read, write and speak English. Basic math skill

 

 

Inspector

 

Responsibilities:Inspects finished garments for conformity to company standards Ensures garmants meet quality level. Inspects for irregularities and damage. make necessary touch ups to garments. Bags garments Reports to store manager

 

Requirements:Experience in field or related field

 

Bagger

 

Responsibilities:Packages garments manually using the bagging jacks and different sized ploy bags. performs basic quality control checks including measuring, package counts and evaluating garments and package appearance. Racks all finished and bagged garments on conveyors. Performs on a time schedule.

 

Requirements:Experience in field or related area. Basic math skills.
