Job Description
The Talbots Associate Store Manager is responsible for a single concept within a multiple concept or expansion store and functions in a senior role amongst the management team supporting the General Manager or Store Manager in all aspects of the store(s). This includes responsibility for the single concept sales volume, outstanding customer service and visual presentation, maximizing profits by controlling expenses and protecting company assets.

Requirements:

Candidates for this position must have a minimum of 2-4 years of retail management experience, preferably in specialty retailing. Qualifications include excellent communication skills and strong leadership abilities, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills. Additional candidate qualifications include an outgoing, motivated approach with assertive, independent decision-making skills. Ability to travel may be required and ability to relocate is desirable.
