Associate Sourcing Manager

Anchor Blue Retail Group is the Home Office for Anchor Blue and Levi's and Dockers by MOST specialty chain retail clothing stores. We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Sourcing Manager to work out of our Home Office located in Ontario, CA. The purpose of an Associate Sourcing Manager is to produce quality merchandise at competitive prices in a worldwide sourcing environment.

Responsibilities:
Ensure that vendor candidates align with sourcing strategies and fit business needs.
Negotiate programs and manage sourcing recaps.
Maximize value by reducing costs while improving quality of goods and services.
Manage the Sourcing Team.
Manage vendor/supplier relationships.
Achieve corporate financial goals.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from 4-year college
1-2 years related experience and/or training.
Complete understanding of product development life cycle.
Knowledge and understanding of garment construction and production, costing, planning, etc.
Experience in developing long-term relationships and negotiating agreements.
Must have good problem solving ability.
