Babies R Us is Now Hiring an Experienced Assistant Store Manager!

If you’re passionate about excellence, achievement and results, this is the company for you.  We currently have a dynamic and highly visible position available in our store for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our Babies "R" Us store team. Our Managers interact and sell products to our guests; train associates on product knowledge, selling skills, merchandising standards and guest service. In this role, you will also provide leadership to a team of associates to meet sales and profit objectives.

 

The successful candidate will have several years of supervisory experience in a specialty chain, discount department, home center or other mass-merchandising store. Big box experience is a PLUS. Successful candidates will have a passion for selling and providing exceptional guest service, as well as, possess strong leadership, communication, training and organizational skills.
