Who We Are AJ Wright is the latest concept of the TJX family, now a $16 Billion dollar company! Our stores carry an extensive selection of fashions, footwear and accessories for men and women, juniors and misses including big and tall. Additionally, each store offers home fashions, such as bed and bath, decorative gifts and more.

We currently have the following hourly opportunity available:

Backroom Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Ensures merchandise flow functions are completed within area of responsibility.

Works closely with a team of Associates to ensure accuracy and timeliness or markdown process.

Sets example and ensures associates provide prompt, courteous and knowledgeable customer service.

Trains, oversees and provides feedback to Associates.

Works with Store Management to assess needs and provide recognition to Associates.


Strong customer service, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstrative success in training others.

Solid problem solving and decision making skills.

The ability to take initiative.

Creative, enthusiastic, energetic and flexible.

A minimum of six months leadership experience required.
