Daymon Worldwide, Inc., an international food industry sales and marketing company, is currently seeking a candidate to work with their exciting team in the Indianapolis, IN area.

 

Bakery Tech/Deli Merchandiser

 

The Bakery Tech/ Deli Merchandiser - will work closely with customer merchandising and retail executives to support introduction, implementation and successful execution of key Deli, Bakery, and Foodservice programs. Heavy focus on training our store leadership, store team members, and our retail team while providing ongoing feedback of store support levels, issues and opportunities to both operations and merchandising groups. Introduce new Deli, Foodservice and Bakery programs to store team leaders. Provide store level and regional training seminars. Monitor store level support of various merchandising programs. Provide ongoing program feedback from stores and consumers. Serve as point of contact and liaison for store team leaders. Develop and facilitate retail team training programs. Serve as supplier principal liaison at store level

Other Key Requirements:Minimum 5 years combined Supermarket Deli, Bakery, Food Service industry experience Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Must be a strong self-starter Must be able to travel, with over-night stays
