Clinique Counter Manager
Estee Lauder Counter Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Establish, communicate, coach, and recognize beauty advisor sales and client file activity vs. individual goals Coach and train beauty advisors using vendor product and skill training on the monthly status check coaching form Plan and execute a monthly counter event calendar for line, counter and cosmetics division events and promotions Effectively communicate with store management and account representatives to maximize sales and beauty advisor productivity Maintain merchandise/image standards with company/vendor guidelines Achieve all sales goals Achieve all credit goals

Qualifications:

1-2 years of beauty advisor or equivalent experienceHigh energyGreat communication skillsGreat customer service skillsLikes to sell and can coach others to the same standardAble to work rotating nights/weekends and six days a week during special events
