Their Mid-Town NYC 59th Street Flagship needs a customer focussed "selling manager" with experience in managing and goal setting in a commissioned environment. A Manager who thrives on empowering a team of full and part-time sales professionals to create a truly unique and unrivalled customer service experience.
Requirements:
This Flagship Boutique Selling Manager will lead by example, motivating their team to even higher standards of excellence through customer service emphasis, product knowledge, and sales excellence. They will report directly to the CEO, and work with the companies' executives and the company's top clients. This natural leader must be able to work with commissioned professionals on goal setting and individual achievement.
