The Branch Manager is the front-line manager in the parts and
repair center. The BM is responsible for maximizing parts and
carry-in revenues and profits by consistently meeting or
exceeding every customer's expectations, creating a high
performance team, providing the right part, repair and
merchandise solutions, identifying and solving business issues,
and setting high standards and following through on execution.
