Duties/Responsibilities:

?  Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch and ensure that the assigned duties of all personnel are being completed on a daily basis and in a timely manner.

?  Open and close building. Ensure that the facility is clean, safe and operational.

?  Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operational.  Ensure that product is properly and safely stored.

?  Provide customer satisfaction by talking phone orders, answering technical questions, providing account information, providing pricing, support counter sales, and resolving customers issues, complaints and transactions.

?  Plan and forecast inventory needs, ensure adequate product inventory is available and in good condition. 

?  Manage inventory turnover.  Perform cycle count of inventory.

?  Manage, supervise and conduct customer purchase transactions.

?  Exposure to HVAC industry a plus.
