Branch Manager- Field Merchandising

We are looking for a dynamic full time BRANCH MANAGER who will be assigned to a defined geographic area to provide services to our clients that include the recruitment, hiring, training, auditing, and supervising of Merchandising and Retail Services Representatives within a defined geographic area as well as, achieving both profitability and service goals in support of the overall company objectives.  Incumbent may supervise one or more Team Leaders.

 

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor?s degree in business administration or related curriculum. Knowledge of financial statements, applicable labor and fair employment laws as well as knowledge of word processing and spread sheet software (i.e., Excel ), is essential.

 

A minimum of two to three years of experience in Consumer Product Group merchandising or similar field representative or retail experience is required, as well as experience in effectively managing and leading large numbers of hourly employees in a service related industry. Experience also necessary in geographically dispersed staff, customer relations, employee performance management, sales and personal computer operations.  Must have Internet access.
