Qualifications:

1) 1-2 years of management  related experience

2)Bachelor's degree with 3.3+ GPA

3) Strong analytical and problem solving skills

4) Strong customer service skills

5) Ability and motivation to work in a fast paced work environment

Scope of Position:

1) Manage sales and operating budgets and interpret income statements

2) Oversee day to day operational duties: housekeeping, receiving, cycle counting, maintaining customer orders, resolving customer issues

3) Inputting inventory forecasts and ensuring needed inventory levels are maintained

4) Approve employee time using kronos program

5) Perform daily cash reconciliation

6) Help facilitate sales with inside and outside sales team

Description of program and History:

1) Trainee average starting salary $37,000-$40,000

2) Average conversion from trainee to Branch Manager : 6-8 months

3) Manager average starting salary $42,000-50,000 plus operational/sales incentive bonus program

4) Educational assistance 100% reimbursement after one year of service with company

 

Candidate must hold 4-year degree in Business Management, Industrial Distribution, or related field. Must pass pre-employment drug, and criminal background screens.
