Our success is highly dependent upon our multi-faceted Fine Jewelry Branch Sales Managers.  We currently have a Fine Jewelry Branch Sales Managers opportunity in our Macy?s division located in Skokie, IL.  This position will require an individual with a positive, outgoing leadership style to fit in to our team-oriented environment. 

 

As Branch Sales Manager of a respected fine jewelry department, you will be responsible for all aspects of running your own business.  We are looking for a truly driven, results oriented person.  This is a commissioned department and requires a strong, focused leader to build and cultivate the fine jewelry business here.

 

Our Managers first responsibility is attaining sales goals at his/her fine jewelry department.  Managers motivate sales associates, develop sales staff, establish the highest quality of customer service and monitor security compliance.  This includes a successful recruiting strategy, the motivation to teach and use our selling standards, good communication and follow up skills and most importantly, a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
