Overview:

As a Bridal Registry Manager, you will create new business and develop and train bridal consultants. While managing the entire bridal registry program for a specific location, you will interface with all levels of store management and outside vendors. You will develop creative techniques to increase sales volume and the number of bridal registrations. This position leads to a Regional Bridal Manager position or to a career in Merchandising or Sales Support Management


Key Accountabilities:

Plan and coordinate both seasonal events and special promotions
Interact directly with customers, store management, vendors, public relations and staff personnel throughout the store to generate business
Facilitate bridal guest list notifications
Manage bridal registry system, including input
Recruit and select qualified Bridal Consultants
Clearly communicate store, company and departmental objectives so both management and staff are well informed
Create a positive work environment that results in retention and turnover reduction
Ensure that all procedures, policies and shortage awareness programs are understood by the Bridal Consultants
Set the example for great customer service to our customers


Skills Summary:

Minimum of 1-3 years of retail management experience
Strong organizational, administrative and communication skills
Ability to work well independently
Must have the ability to coordinate items and suggestive sell
