We are currently searching for MULTIPLE FT COMMISSION SELLING SPECIALISTS  to join our team in our WOODLANDS MALL.

 

 

COMMISSION SELLING SPECIALIST - WINDOW COVERINGS & FINE JEWELRY 
Our Commission Selling Specialist sells an assigned line or several closely related lines of higher priced merchandise that may be highly complex, requiring specialized knowledge of fashion, fit, construction, operation, installation, service or use. Provides customer service by selling window coverings and related merchandise requiring considerable individual customer service.  Builds and maintains a customer following through prospecting to achieve personal sales goals.  We are seeking candidates with two to three years of successful experience in commission sales. (Base + Commission)

Hours:  FT

Window - 2 Needed

Jewelry -  1 Needed


 

Responsibilities Include:
Sells an assigned line or several closely related lines of higher priced merchandise that may be highly complex, requiring specialized knowledge of fashion, fit, construction, operation, installation, service or use, including:
Builds prospect lists and customer files and exploits their use in developing sales volume.
Arranges for delivery and/or installation and service of merchandise, if required.
Performs required cashiering duties, including handling cash, charge or time payments.
Handles customer complaints, exchanges, refunds, and adjustments in a positive manner to build a personal following and customer loyalty.
Maintains presentation standards for the assigned lines and performs stock keeping tasks.
Shops competition and observes the practices of competition within trading area.
