COMPENSATION ANALYST
The compensation analyst supports the Compensation Manager on a variety of projects including:
Program design and analysis
Budgeting
Implementation of new programs
Administration of base pay and bonus programs, including annual focal review and bonus cycles
Survey participation and analysis
Development and documentation of procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Partnering with IT staff to ensure HRIS system meets compensation needs and is updated to reflect changes to salary structures, bonus programs, etc.
Development and maintenance of position descriptions
Requirements:
BS degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
Certification from SHRM and/or ACA or other recognized human resources practices organization is highly desirable
1-3 years of employment-based compensation and classification program administration
HRIS experience in administering compensation programs
Advanced skills with MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access)
Knowledge of compensation laws
Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skillsable to generate and interpret data and make recommendations
High attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
