Fuzziwig?s Candy Factory is looking for a super-friendly, fun-loving, energetic supervisor for our store at Victoria Gardens.  We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, eager to learn, well-organized and able to handle multiple responsibilities. 

 

Managerial experience and 2 to 5 years retail experience is preferred. Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the store including support of ordering, staffing, etc as well as being on the ?front line,? leading the sales team by example.  This is the perfect position for a hard-worker who is still a kid-at-heart and loves to have a great time in a fun retail environment.

Duties


* Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.


* Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

* Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

* Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.

* Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales.

* Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans.

* Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.

* Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.

* Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.

* Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

 

* Operate store at only the highest ethical standards
