General Description:

 

As a member of management for an EZPAWN store, the Assistant Manager is responsible for store operations including profit maximization; loss and damage prevention to company and customer assets; providing outstanding customer service through sales and lending activities; approving subordinate Associates? sales and lending activities; and complying with industry regulations and corporate policies. Maintains a professional and productive work environment. Oversees the hiring process, scheduling, supervision and development of all store associates.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides and promotes premier customer service through sales and lending activities. Ensures storewide compliance with industry regulations and company policy. Prevents loss or damage to company and customer assets. Ensures store is properly staffed, and associates are properly trained. Management responsibility for the operations of the business including P&L management, controlling the quality of all transactions and establishing daily/monthly goals that assist the team in achieving budget targets. Maintains a professional and productive work environment Effectively executes the sales process. Effectively executes the lending process. Effectively executes daily store opening and closing procedures. Supervises other store associates. Maximizes store profitability.

Job Requirements:

?  Assistant Manager requires High School Diploma/GED and 18 months of supervisory experience, preferably in a retail/pawn environment.

?  Stable Work History.Demonstrated expert knowledge of retail, pawn, or payday loan business operations.

 Demonstrated responsibility for profit and loss of a retail organization with equivalent revenue.

 Demonstrated communication and interpersonal verbal and written skills

 Demonstrated retail-merchandising skills.

 Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.

 Demonstrated ability to use PC.

 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Requirements:

Must have pawnbroker license in states where required.

Driving record must meet EZ PAWN insurance standards
