Coinstar, Inc. (Nasdaq:CSTR) is a multi-national company offering a range of 4th Wall(TM) solutions for the retailers' front of store consisting of self-service coin counting, electronic payment solutions, entertainment services and self-service DVD rental has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a part-time Cash Counter.

CASH COUNTER - PART TIME

Role and Responsibilities:
Counts & verifies money received
Verifies balances on collection bags for accuracy
Endorses checks and compiles data for bank deposit
Handles over and shorts appropriately
Prepares bank deposit slips
Compiles collection, disbursement, and bank reconciliation reports
Assistance with month end paperwork
General office support as needed
Inventory, receiving, and other warehouse help as needed

Preferable Qualifications and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Cash handling experience
Strong organizational/communication skills
Previous office and/or customer service experience required
Must be a self-starter and requires minimal supervision
Computer, ten key, Excel and Word experience- not mandatory but helpful
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of professionalism and integrity is a must
Strong general mathematical skills
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

Other Requirements:
Background checks and drug tests will be required
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more
