Cashiers/Clerks in South Orange County

As a Cashier /Clerk for Longs Drugs you will receive generous store merchandise discounts!!



Day and night shifts available. Flexible hours. Some weekends needed.

20 to 25 hours per week.



Cashiers processes sales, bag merchandise, provide customer assistance at checkout stands and maintain a clean and organized work area. Will also create, and build and stock merchandise displays, provide customer assistance throughout the store, transports carts from parking lot to store and assist Department Managers with ordering merchandise. Cashiers/Clerks must be willing to work different schedules to meet customer and store needs. Stores run autonomously, therefore functions vary between stores.

Skills Description: Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. High school diploma is preferred. Knowledge of basic household products, ability to use cash register after training. Fine finger and gross motor dexterity is required. Provide exceptional customer service. Retail experience a plus.
