We are currently searching for a FT CATALOG SUPERVISOR to join our WINNING TEAM at our CUMBERLAND MALL location.

 

CATALOG SUPERVISOR
Provides customer service by leading and supervising the activities performed in the Catalog Department to produce optimum customer service, sales, productivity, and operating profit results in accordance with approved store and Company policies and procedures. Ability to provide sound leadership, communications and training for associates in the use of the various skills, techniques and equipment catalog department. Provides leadership through observing job performance, recommending training and implementing appraisal programs designed to produce an effective, well-trained team, utilized in the catalog department.
