Job Description:

Come grow with us! The Center Director will report to the District Manager and is responsible for:

<UL> <li> Driving enrollment

<li> Marketing our services in the community

<li> Delivering an exceptional level of service to our parents and students

<li> Managing a staff of full-time and part-time employees

<li> Managing the financials and profitability of the center.

</UL>

<p>Some evening and weekend hours are necessary.

 

 Qualifications

<UL> <li> College degree

<li> 5+ years? proven experience as a store manager

<li> Strong sales skills

<li> Management skills

<li> Strong communication skills

<li> Problem-solving skills.

</UL>
