The Sacramento Kaplan Center is looking for a Center Manager who will oversee all operations, staff and business development. Specifically, they are responsible for handling customer service issues, overseeing staff, and budget management. Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for management of day-to-day center operations.

Responsibilities:
o Hiring, training and supervision of center staff.
o Hiring, training and supervision of teachers.
o Facility maintenance.
o Bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including payroll, accounts receivable, and enrollment management.
o Hands-on service delivery.

Position Requirements and/or Skills Required:
o Bachelors Degree
o Leadership, entrepreneurial and team motivation abilities
o Problem solving, decision making and management skills
o Marketing, customer service and sales abilities
o Organizational and planning skills with the ability to handle numerous details
o Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
