The Bridal Salons by Demetrios at Macy's are independent stores located within Macy's Department Stores in New York, New Jersey and Virginia.  We are currently looking for dedicated retail professionals for our Cherry Hill  (NJ) location:

BRIDAL SALON MANAGERS/ASSISTANT MANAGERSThe qualified individual will have an upbeat personality and be self-motivated Must be a team player with experience selling in a ready-to-wear/women's fashions environmentSalary plus incentivesRetail Sales Experience is preferred

 

RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATEThe qualified individual will have an upbeat personality and be self-motivatedMust be a team player with experience selling in a retail environmentBackground in commission sales helpful but not requiredExceptional customer service and listening skills crucialPart-time/Full-time including 2 nights and Saturday or SundaySalary plus commission

Primary Duties include:Welcome customers by greeting them; offering them assistanceDirect customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting itemsAdvise customers by providing information on productsHelps customers make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinionsDocument sales by creating or updating customer profile recordsProcess payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash and store or other credit cardsKeep clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest
