ResponsibilitiesProcess and keep track of quotes, orders, and customer requests accurately and efficiently.Follow through with customer inquiries and projects.Maintain good relationship with customers via phone, email, and mail.Identify and problem-solve possible problems or concerns with customer requests, orders, availability, shipping needs.Communicate with customers and internal departments to maintain excellent customer support.Perform other clerical duties.

 

QualificationsEntry-level or experienced. Ability to learn and apply new knowledge accurately. Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and handle tasks with a sense of urgency and good judgment. Self-starter and goal-oriented. Good organizational and time-management skills.  Good attendance, punctuality and work ethics. Ability to be flexible, accurate and detail-oriented. Computer skills, such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Good English verbal and written communication skills. Team player who is friendly, honest, and diligent.
