Drive store sales results by ensuring a consistent quality customer experience in the store
Build a customer focused and sales intense team
Recruit, interview, hire, develop and train store teams to deliver the required performance objectives
Plan, support, and execute company direction and initiatives
Set clear performance expectations and give appropriate recognition for performance
Plan and control store payroll budget to meet or exceed expectations
Direct the shipping, receiving, and inventory flow
Develop, coach and mentor assistant managers and associates
Delegate daily workload among associates to meet merchandising and visual presentation standards


2-3 years management experience; retail specialty apparel preferred.
H.S. graduate or equivalent.
Proven ability to train, motivate and coach a sales team
A high energy, high impact sales floor leader
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require evening and weekend shifts.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
