Communications Coordinator

The responsibilities of the Communications Coordinator are as follows but not limited to: Research and communicate to stores the status of advertised merchandise.? Work with Merchants regarding on hand inventory and delivery status of advertised merchandise and secure resolutions to open issues.? Effectively communicate verbally and written to stores via 5 Week Out Ad updates and One Stop Shop information on advertised merchandise.? Respond timely to store inquires regarding advertised merchandise and related issues.? Provide Weekly, Quarterly and Year end event performance reports to Stores, Merchants and Senior Executives.

The candidate we seek will have a Bachelor's or Associates degree in related field or equivalent store or buying office experience.? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.? Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.? Exceptional analytical problem solving and organizational skills.? Able to work independently, handling multiple projects and re prioritizing when needed.? Ability to work expediently and efficiently under pressure.
