Flying J Inc?s sophisticated network of 175 state-of-the-art travel plazas and fuel stops is located along national highways in 41 states and Canada. Another 37 facilities are presently under construction or in various stages of the permitting process with openings scheduled throughout the next two years. We currently have a Convenience Store Manager and Merchandise Manager positions available in the Ruther Glen area, with first year earning potential of

$25K to $40K (+)

Minimum RequirementsMonitors and exemplifies customer service to ensure Flying J excellence in service is met - customer service is our number one priorityAbility to supervise 30 (+) employees, utilizing strong communication and organizational skillsBe a 'hands-on' manager Have an understanding of retail and merchandise management Significant Retail Management or Merchandising experience Have an understanding of budgets and P & L statementsMinimum 3 to 5 years in supervision/management Must be a strong team builder/leader Some college education preferredRelocation may be required.
